TAROUDANT SKYDIVING

TANDEM JUMP PROCEDURE:

– Registration at the Taroudant Skydiving reception
– Briefing
– Ascent by plane of about 15 minutes (dropping between 3000 m and 4000 m depending on the formula chosen, authorizations from air traffic controllers and weather conditions)
– Free fall between 30 and 50 seconds (depends on the chosen altitude)
– Parachute descent and piloting between 5 and 8 minutes.

It is impossible to know the exact time of your jump because it depends on several factors (attendance of the day, weather, air traffic ...), You must plan a good half-day, between 3 and 6 hours on site from your convocation time.

These general conditions of sale of the company TAROUDANT SKYDIVING , a simplified joint-stock company identified in the Auxerre trade and companies register under number 519 083 844 with a capital of €30,000, whose head office is located at the aerodrome of St Florentin-Chéu 89600 Saint Florentin, represented by its President aim to define the terms and reciprocal obligations of the parties, as well as the different stages of the ordering process.
PARISJUMP reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. These modifications are enforceable from the time they are put online and apply to contracts concluded previously. The latest version of the general conditions of sale is available on the website www.skydivetaroudant.com

The technical team of TAROUDANT SKYDIVING reserves the right to refuse access to all its premises (hangars, snack bar, reception etc.) to any person who does not respect the rules of safety, ethics, morals, good state of mind and good conduct. This measure is applicable without notice. Alcohol is totally prohibited in the area (including car parks).

WEATHER REPORT :


SKYDIVING mainly depends on the weather conditions, it is necessary to plan for half a day or a full day, the communicated schedule is for information only. However, the convocation schedule set by the TAROUDANT SKYDIVING team must be respected. A supplement of 300Mad will be requested in case of delay. We advise you to make your reservation as soon as possible in order to benefit from the best choice of dates and times.

Under no circumstances can you cancel your jump yourself due to weather conditions (the Technical Directors and the pilot are the only decision makers on the possibility of performing the jumps).

A weather check is carried out the day before the jumps around 6:30-6:45 p.m. for the next morning's jumps and at the end of the morning the same day for the afternoon jumps, if we judge that the conditions are not correct and safe, we contact you by phone or sms (hence the importance of giving us 1 or 2 mobile phone numbers so that we can contact you).

JUMPING CONDITIONS:

Parachute jumps depend on weather conditions, aircraft, air traffic control and the equipment used, all related to the safety of the activity. For safety reasons, the instructor/tandem pilot in charge of your jump or the pilot of the plane may decide at any time to postpone or cancel it.The instructor/tandem pilot or the pilot of the plane reserve the right to reduce the parachuting height in the event of meteorological, technical, mechanical or internal organizational problems at TAROUDANT SKYDIVING. The minimum age for skydiving is 15 and there is no maximum age for skydiving in tandem with a professional skydiver. Height, weight (maximum 91 kg dressed and shod; BMI <30), age and motivation are taken into account by the tandem pilot, and he reserves the right to accept or refuse any person he judge unsuitable for jumping. The aircraft pilot reserves the right to accept or refuse a passenger, as well as any person he deems unsuitable for a flight with his aircraft. The same is true for the technical staff. In this case, the deposits are refunded.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL:

Depending on the latest weather forecast, the secretariat will contact you to postpone the jump ifthe conditions are not correct. The Technical Directors and the pilot regularly check the weather forecasts using various professional websites and the weather forecast on site. Until you are contacted, you must come. Deposits, full payment for the jump, payment for the video and video-photo options, the "gift ticket" formula and the "external" gift tickets are non-refundable, even for weather reasons (the jump is postponed to another date , within the limit of the validity of the gift ticket).
HEALTH: You must bring a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of skydiving for less than 1 year for the day of the jump (general practitioner or specialist).
It is essential to:
– not having had a recent accident,
– not undergoing medical treatment,
– not suffer from problems with the lower limbs,
– not be subject to shoulder dislocations,
– not suffer from spinal problems,
– not be cardiac,
– not be pregnant
– not have ENT problems,
– not lose consciousness or suffer from epileptic seizures,
– not having done any scuba diving for 24 hours

SKYDIVING IS A RISKY ACTIVITY:

It is strictly forbidden to be under the influence of alcohol (alcohol test on site for possible testing) or narcotics.
For safety reasons, tandem jump passengers are prohibited from taking on board phones, watches, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, cameras, shoes with hooks or any object likely to create an incident with the parachute lines. It is imperative to empty all your pockets before performing the jump.
It is possible to jump with your glasses but for comfort and safety, we recommend the use of contact lenses (or old glasses).We are not responsible for any loss of goggles during the jump or any other goggle-related situation.

TECHNICAL PROBLEM :

In the event of technical, mechanical or other problems (heavy air traffic or air traffic control), we reserve the right to cancel the appointment without notice and offer you another date.

REGULATIONS :

Computer science. Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the information requested from you is necessary for your registration to be processed. Your answers are mandatory, failure to answer making registration impossible. You can access the information and possibly make the necessary corrections. Unless otherwise specified by you, we reserve the right to use the information to send you various documentation only from TAROUDANT SKYDIVING.Any breach of the provisions of this Law is provided for and punished by articles 226-16 to 226-24 of the Penal Code.
For minors, an authorization signed by both parents is mandatory and the minor must be accompanied by one of the two parents or a person with parental authority.
You are responsible for all your objects left with third parties (glasses, jewellery, telephones, etc.)

PRICES AND SERVICES:

All prices are displayed in Dirhams. It may happen that the prices indicated on certain media have not been updated and are different from the price requested at the time of purchase or reservation. This fact is beyond the control of TAROUDANT SKYDIVING and only the price indicated at the time of booking or purchase is guaranteed. Any order for services implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products for sale.
Payments are made by credit card and by any other form of legal payment for purchases at the counter of TAROUDANT SKYDIVING (credit card, cash or 1000 MAD maximum in gift vouchers). Bank checks are not accepted.
To benefit from the prices in force, the customer must finalize his order before the increase in prices.
A civil liability insurance covering the passenger as well as the aircraft used is included.

SALE :

Any complaint by the customer concerning the order of a service which would become unrealizable, will be considered as unfounded.
It should be noted that the photos and graphic documents present on the site www.skydivetaroudant are not contractual. TAROUDANT SKYDIVING remains the owner of the images taken by the cameramen and their commercial exploitation.

In order to guarantee a safe aspect, the maximum weight is 91 kg dressed and shod (scale at reception for verification) and a BMI < 30.If it turns out that the weight is greater than 91 kg dressed and shod, we will be obliged to refuse the person and keep the deposit paid or the gift ticket as compensation.

Deposits, full payment for jumps, external gift tickets (from partners) and video and video-photo options remain with TAROUDANT SKYDIVING and are neither refundable nor transferable, in the event of absence during the appointment scheduled between client and TAROUDANT SKYDIVING. Similarly, if the customer notifies us within less than 7 days for a postponement, the deposits, the full payment of the jumps, the external gift tickets (from the partners) and the video and video-photo options remain acquired by TAROUDANT SKYDIVING and are neither refundable nor transferable. The jump and the options are therefore definitively lost for the client.

Deposits, full jump payment, payment for video and video-photo options, the "gift ticket" formula» and « external » gift tickets are not refundable, but can be transferred if necessary (TAROUDANT SKYDIVING must be notified at least 7 days before the scheduled date of the jump by email). They are valid for one year from the date of issue and supporting documents must be presented on the day of the activity. Deposits are valid on all drop zones operated by TAROUDANT SKYDIVING, and not for a single place.

Deposits, full payment for jumps, payment for video and video-photo options, the ""gift ticket"" formula are valid for 1 year from the date of order and certain gift tickets from ""external"" partners validated by us can be extended for six months. from the date of expiry for the sum of 500MAD and the readjustment of the rate in force on the day of the jump.Beyond this period, i.e. at the end of 18 months from the date of the order, the installments, the full payment of the jump, the payment of the video and video-photo options, the payment of the extension and the " gift ticket"" and gift tickets from ""external"" partners will remain definitively acquired by TAROUDANT SKYDIVING without compensation (prescription of the balance of the credit customer account after 2 years – Article L137-2 of the Consumer Code).

The winter break (from November to March) counts in normal months (1st ex: if the initial order was made on October 30, 2022, the gift ticket is valid until October 30, 2023 and the 6-month extension extends the gift ticket until April 30, 2024 – 2nd example: if the initial order was made on January 10, 2023, the gift ticket is valid until the end of the 2023 season (mid-November) and the 6-month extension extends the gift ticket until July 10, 2024.

If the jump is not made physically before the end of validity of the gift ticket, we will make you pay for the 6-month extension, whatever the reason, even weather. Finally, the jump must be physically performed before the gift ticket deadline .

It is expressly brought to the attention of the beneficiaries of PASSes, vouchers, gift tickets, boxes, etc. from intermediaries, partners or agencies that only the general conditions of sale of TAROUDANT SKYDIVING will apply to the exercise of the activity. Appointment requests must be made by email only and at least 72 hours before the date requested for the jump (also taking into account the opening schedule). In addition, we ask "box" customers to make an appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance to be sure of having availability on the desired date (by email only).

Finally, the jump should bephysically made before the deadline for the gift ticket (whatever the reason, same weather report).

Gift tickets with promotional code :

For the CHRISTMAS2022 and VALENTIN23 gift ticket: If the jump is not made physically before June 25, 2023, we will have you pay the price readjustment (gift ticket benefiting from the CHRISTMAS2022 or VALENTIN23 promotional offer for a jump to be made imperatively before June 25, 2023 beyond this date, an additional price will be requested from the jumper in order to restore the normal rates applicable all year round), whatever the reason, even weather.

For the PAPAMAMAN2022 gift ticket: If the jump is not made physically before August 28, 2022, we will have you pay the price readjustment (gift ticket benefiting from the PAPAMAMAN2022 promotional offer for a jump to be made imperatively before August 28, 2022 at beyond this date, an additionalprice will be requested from the jumper in order to restore the normal rates applicable all year round), whatever the reason, even weather.

For the CHRISTMAS2021 gift ticket and the VALENTIN2022 gift ticket: If the jump is not physically made before June 26, 2022, we will have you pay the price readjustment (gift ticket benefiting from the CHRISTMAS2021 or VALENTIN2022 promotional offer for a jump to be made imperatively before June 26, 2022 beyond this date, an additional price will be requested from the jumper in order to restore the normal rates applicable all year round), whatever the reason, even weather.

For the CHRISTMAS2020 gift ticket and the VALENTIN2021 gift ticket: If the jump is not physically made before June 27, 2021, we will have you pay the price readjustment (gift ticket benefiting from the CHRISTMAS2020 and VALENTIN2021 promotional offer for a jump to be made imperatively before June 27, 2021 beyond this date, an additionalprice will be requested from the jumper in order to restore the normal rates applicable all year round), whatever the reason, even weather.

For gift tickets " MOTHER'S DAY AND FATHER'S DAY 2020 - VALENTIN2020 - CHRISTMAS2019 - MOTHER'S DAY AND FATHER'S DAY 2019 - VALENTIN2019 and earlier ": in accordance with Article L137-2 of the Consumer Code, the ticket rules gifts will remain definitively acquired by PARISJUMP without compensation (prescription of the balance of the credit customer account after 2 years).

For orders placed on our site before August 09, 2021 , the additional weight was:

– from 92 to 99 kg dressed and shod: supplement of 40€,

– from 100 to 105 kg dressed and shod: supplement of 60€


THE DIFFERENT JURISDICTIONS:

DGAC and YOUTH AND SPORTS
Tandem jumps performed by a professional parachutist are governed by articles L321-3 and following of the Civil Aviation Code and are subject to the provisions of the Warsaw Convention.
The tandem qualification for professional parachutists is issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation (DGAC).
Tandem jumps performed by a parachuting instructor holding the federal or state ""tandem"" qualification is issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
These two quality qualifications are delivered by the French State but by two different ministries.

ORDER – RESERVATION – POSTPONEMENT – CANCELLATION:

The customer interested in a service visible on the site www.skydivetaroudant follows the following process in order to establish his order:
After having made his choice, and after having checked the specifics of his order, the customer can pay by credit card directly on our skydivetaroudant website. If a balance is to be paid on the day of the jump, this will be done by credit card, cash or 100€ maximum in holiday vouchers. Bank checks are not accepted. The balance of the jump will be made in relation to the type of ticket (weekday or weekend/public holiday and in relation to the rate in force on the day of the jump.

If the order is a gift ticket, the customer must send the beneficiary of the ticket the general conditions of sale TAROUDANT SKYDIVING.

The "jump at 3000m" formula at €219 implies a "morning" convocation (mandatory between 07:30 and 08:30), the "jump at 4000m" formula at €255 or €280 implies a convocation in the morning or the afternoon (depending on reservation schedule and availability).

A minimum of72 hours is compulsory for making an appointment and a minimum of 7 days is compulsory for a possible postponement of an appointment (request only by email) , only 1 postponement will be authorized (except supporting medical certificate dating from the day before or the day of the jump obligatorily), beyond a postponement a supplement of 50€ will be requested (payment on the day of the jump). This postponement must be made within the validity limit of the gift ticket. If the period is less than 7 days, the deposits, the full payment of the jumps, the payment of the video and video-photo options will be considered as definitively acquired by TAROUDANT SKYDIVING.

If it is impossible to jump on the day defined, for weather or other reasons, the deposits, full payment for the jumps, payment for the video and video-photo options are retained and the reservation can be postponed for one year from the order date.Beyond this period, the deposits, the full payment of the jumps, the payment of the video and video-photo options will remain acquired by TAROUDANT SKYDIVING without compensation.

In case of absence of the client on the day of the parachute jump at the fixed time, the deposits, the full payment of the jumps, the payment of the video and video-photo options will be considered as definitively acquired by TAROUDANT SKYDIVING.
The beneficiary is solely responsible for the use of his reservation voucher. In case of loss or theft, the amount of the voucher cannot be refunded.

The "gift ticket" formula and fixed date jumps can be transferred to another person but under no circumstances be reimbursed (even in the event of pregnancy or medical incapacity).Any request for extension (6 months) at the end of the period of validity of one year from the date of the order will involve an additional 500MAD and the price readjustment if necessary (whatever the reason, even if it there is a postponement for weather reasons). If the jump is not physically made before 18 months, the gift ticket will be unusable and no refund can be requested (prescription of the balance of the credit customer account after 2 years – Article L137-2 of the consumer code) .

In case of absence of the customer on the day of the parachute jump at the fixed time or in the absence of an appointment fixed at the end of 18 months from the date of order, the gift ticket will be considered as definitively acquired by TAROUDANT SKYDIVING , no postponement or refund can be requested.

If the jump is not made physically before the end of validity of the gift ticket, an additional 500MAD will be asked of you to extend your gift ticket by 6 months (whatever the reason, even weather).

The ""gift ticket"" purchased during the winter break (from November to March) must imperatively be used during the season (ex: if purchased on January 10, 2022 the jump must be made before the end of the 2022 season, i.e. November 2022) – except special case of a limited-time gift ticket (Christmas or Valentine's Day promo formula, for example).

The video is independent of the jumps, a technical problem on the images cannot give rise to a refund of the jumps or a rejump. According to the Technical Directive of the French Parachuting Federation, it is forbidden for tandem passengers to be equipped with their own equipment.

The video services are under the full responsibility of the company that edits the images taken in the fall and on the ground. The films, made and edited, are sent electronically only . No medium is delivered (DVD, CD, USB key, SD card, etc.) and the videos are in DVD or HD quality depending on the equipment available to the monitor.

It may happen that the tandem monitor is obliged to land outside the area or far from the videographer. Landing images may become optional for security reasons.

Only super VIP video services allow video support in USB key format.

Any activity interrupted or shortened or any activity not consumed by the beneficiary for any reason whatsoever will not give rise to any refund (such as refusal to jump, fainting on the plane, vomiting on the plane, etc.).
TAROUDANT SKYDIVINGreserves the right to cancel jumps for reasons of insufficient safety, technical problem, weather or for any other case of force majeure. This cancellation can take place just before or during the jumps. In this case, TAROUDANT SKYDIVING will not be liable for travel/accommodation or other costs incurred by customers to get to TAROUDANT SKYDIVING or for the jump itself.

In the event of force majeure (such as FFP or government agency restrictions), Parisjump will offer new dates so that you can benefit from your activity (within the validity limit of the gift ticket). The jump will not be refundable under any circumstances, but may if necessary be transferred to the person of your choice (within the limit of validity of your gift ticket). If a traffic ban, a temporary ban or a natural disaster temporarily prevents jumps from being made, we will extend the gift ticket for the duration of the impediment, i.e. + 5 months in total over the Parisjump opening periods for the periods Covid since 2020.

The validity of the gift ticket (including paid extension) is a maximum of 18 months . If the jump is not physically made before this maximum period, the gift ticket will be unusable and no refund can be requested (prescription of the balance of the credit customer account after 2 years – Article L137-2 of the Consumer Code) .

Any refusal to jump at the door of the plane or any interrupted jump (such as fainting in the plane before the jump), will give rise to payment of the service in full (jump and video).

FREEDOM OPTION:

The Freedom option allows you to have from the purchase of the gift ticket a validity of 18 months and to postpone the jump 3 times maximum (TAROUDANT SKYDIVING must imperatively be notified by email at least 72 hours before the call for the jump). The Freedom option costs 300MAD

CLAIM :

Any complaint relating to a service must be sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, accompanied by supporting documents, to the following address:

After this period, no complaint can be taken into consideration.

WITHDRAWAL:

In accordance with article L.121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify himself. This period runs from the date of the order. No refund will be made after the legal withdrawal period.

According to article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, goods transport services, car rentals, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a date or for a specific period.

According to Article L. 221-28, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a material medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

I accept the rules of procedure of TAROUDANT SKYDIVING. I authorize TAROUDANT SKYDIVING:

  • to integrate in a computer file my personal information necessary for my order and the parachute jump, in accordance with the RGPD (General Regulation on Data Protection),
  • to send me by email or sms information concerning the company TAROUDANT SKYDIVING,
  • to photograph me (us) or film me (us) within the framework of the activity of the company,
  • to allow photography by journalists.

"If one or more stipulations of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale for the Customer Area are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision by a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope"".
